As for my favorite alien/creature from Star Wars I would have to say the Purrgil. A Whale traveling though hyperspace is crazy.
Oh man. Favorite alien from Star Wars? Probably the dathomirians (idk if that’s spelled correctly lol).
Love the design, always knock it out of the park. My favorite alien is probably the wookie because they look like they’d be comfy to nap on.
