My favorite creature in Star Wars is the Acklay. From Attack of the Clones to 2005 Battlefront 2. I remember replacing the campaign on Felucia, over and over again, with my younger brother. Such a cool creature, but also the thing of nightmares.

The Rancor may be my favorite creature, and the Ilthorians are a great design as a a species, as are the Quarren.
