Always liked the Twi’leks and how they depicted so many walks of life in the Galaxy, from dancers in a crime lord’s lair to Rebel war heroes or even Jedi Knights.
My favorite creature by far from Star Wars has to be the Sarlacc, it’s such a simple concept but it’s cool!
